Purpose of the calculator

HeatPumpy provides a pre-design heat loss and radiator sizing estimate based on EN 12831-1:2017. Results are estimates only and are not a substitute for a full on-site survey or a heat loss calculation carried out by a qualified installer.

No warranty

HeatPumpy is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any output for your specific property.

Your data

Postcode, address, and EPC data you submit are used only to generate your estimate and are not sold to third parties.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Metron Labs Ltd is not liable for any loss or damage arising from reliance on results produced by HeatPumpy.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of HeatPumpy after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
